Poor Quality

"After 4 short months of minimal wear my son’s flip flop strap just broke in half. I know what you’re thinking kids break things being rough but not in this case. I was sitting beside him when he put his foot down and the strap just broke in half, I was shocked! We are not rough on items and really take care of things. Customer service would not replace. So disappointed. After being very loyal to Havianas, going elsewhere for flip flops from now on!!"
