At Havaianas, we stand behind the quality and comfort of every product purchased directly from Havaianas.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your eligible product within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date for a refund, subject to this Guarantee and our Return Policy.  This 60-Day Guarantee is an exclusive benefit available only for products purchased directly through Havaianas.com. Products purchased from authorized Havaianas retailers are subject to the return and exchange policies of the retailer from which the product was purchased. If you purchased your product from an authorized Havaianas retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding any return or exchange requests.

 

Products purchased through unauthorized third-party retailers, online marketplaces, resellers, liquidation channels, or other sources are not eligible for the Havaianas.com 60-Day Guarantee. Because Havaianas does not control the distribution, storage, handling, fulfillment, or customer service practices of such sellers, Havaianas is unable to extend this exclusive post-purchase benefit to those purchases.

 

How To Claim The Guarantee

If the product is unworn and within the 30 day return window, please process your return with these instructions.  Otherwise, if the product does not meet your expectations and the purchase is still within the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Window, please contact Customer Service at [email protected].

 

You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note that in some instances, you may be required to send the product back to us and, if requested to do so, you may be responsible for costs incurred in mailing the item to us. Please do not mail us any products without prior authorization.

 

Guarantee Guidelines

We reserve the right to verify information and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the Havaianas 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
